Preloaded linear bearings, metal inserts, and hardened datum points are just a few of the options offered. Ideal for use in the production line or final inspection.
Not a cheap fixture, we put value where it is needed giving the end user satisfaction and peace of mind knowing these fixtures will continue to perform in high sampling rate environments. Contour checking elements available in aluminum, urethane, epoxy, and steel.
Normally made to full tolerance. Available with certificate of accuracy. Normal deliveries in 2-3 weeks.
